Nous avons donc fait ce voyage,
Un après-midi d'Automne.
Nous caressons des pieds la cime des montagnes
Et dormons l'un près de l'autre, main dans la main.

Je souris désormais
Aux ciels gris de Septembre
Et flotte dans l'infini
D'une matinée d'Hiver.
