The wind swept cold across my face as I crossed the mighty sea
The sound of laughter from man and gull was the theme to our voyage
Onward we sail through sun and storm to reach the foreign lands
The oarsman row, whilst the kettle drum banged to the rhythm of the sea
The stars guide our way through the mist and the fog like the old witch said before
The boats dragonhead cuts through the dark as we sail closer to home
Bleagh
Pillaging all that they have
Taking from woman and child
The priests cry in pain on the ground they lay slain
Whilst the dragons breath devours the town
Trinkets of silver and gold
Now burden our longships hold
More work to be done
Raise your oars to the sun
As we fly from whence we are borne
All signs of land now fade from us
But we know our way by the stars
No sword or squall can make us fear
For our pride and Thors hammer are clear
The lightning that leads our way
Which has done for thousands of years
The rains has eternally fallen
njords wrath unending
Pillaging all that they have
Taking from woman and child
The priests cry in pain on the ground they lay slain
Whilst the dragons breath devours the town
Trinkets of silver and gold
Now burden our longships hold
More work to be done
Raise your oars to the sun
As we fly from whence we are borne
